Professional Development Meeting Registration Form

To register on-line to attend an APICS Schuylkill Valley Chapter monthly professional development meeting, simply pick the desired meeting date, enter your name, email address, company or group, and pick your meal selection. Please include the names of attendees, company name, choice of meal, and a telephone where you can be reached.  All no show reservations will be invoiced.  If more than one person in your company or group will attend, up to four additional names can be submitted on a single reservation request.
