Production & Inventory Control Manager
Good
afternoon. I am the Managing Principal for The Rockpointe

they have extensive global manufacturing capabilities with plants in the
Responsibilities include;
· Manage Production and
Inventory levels.
·
Work closely with Materials Planning, Service, Logistics and the Lean
Team to develop, optimize, and implement appropriate replenishment strategies.
·
Identify potential material flow risks or issues and act to mitigate.
·
Work in conjunction with the Corporate Materials Planning Manager to
develop and implement policies, procedures and systems for the Manufacturing
Materials Planning function.
·
Collaborate with Company global subsidiaries and manufacturing
operations in developing and implementing best practices corporate wide with
respect to materials planning and inventory management.
Education, Experience and
Behavioral Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with
a concentration in Business and/or Operations Management. A master’s
degree, APICS, or other professional certifications are preferred.
· Ten to twelve years of
experience in materials planning plus five to seven years in supervision.
· Ability
to travel while coordinating global supply chain activities in a leadership
role and as part of cross functional multinational teams.

creativity, responsibility, integrity, leadership and interpersonal skills.
